Why Choose a Whole Beef?
A whole beef gives you the best price per pound and the most control over your cuts.
It is a good choice for large families, people who eat beef often, or two families ordering together.
You can also have each side cut differently. This gives you more variety and makes it easier to split the beef between two households.
Choose Your Cuts
After you order, we’ll send you a cut sheet. You can choose things like:
Steak thickness
Roast size
Ground beef package size
Bone-in or boneless cuts
Brisket and short rib options
Soup bones, organs, and other available cuts
Some choices will change the final mix. For example, you can choose T-bone and porterhouse steaks or boneless strip steaks and tenderloin—but not both from the same side.
Never filled out a cut sheet before? We’re happy to help.
