What Is a Small Beef Share?
Our Small Beef Share is about half the size of our ¼ Beef Share.
It’s a good fit if you have a smaller freezer, want a lower upfront cost, or are buying beef direct from a farmer for the first time.
You still get a good mix of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and other useful cuts—just in a smaller amount.
It’s an easy way to try buying farm beef without committing to 120–140 lbs at once.
Each share is made from already cut, wrapped, and frozen beef. We divide the beef as evenly as possible so each share gets a good mix of cuts.

Every animal is different, so the exact cuts and amounts will vary.
A Small Beef Share will usually include a mix of:

Plan for about 2–3 cubic feet of freezer space.
It’s a good option if you don’t have room for a full ¼ share.
