With just a $300 deposit, you can lock in a quarter beef share and choose the month that works best for your delivery or farm pick-up. 


Pricing  

Our price for a quarter share is $9.50 per lb hanging weight. An average quarter beef hangs at approximately 200 lbs and yields about 130 lbs of packaged, dry-aged beef. This results in a final price of approximately $1,900. Carcass weight can vary by up to ±50 lbs. Final price will be calculated and sent to you before your pickup date and includes: 

  • Standard cut & wrap 

  • All butcher & processing fees 

  • Specialty items (jerky, sausages, burger patties, etc.) are available at an additional cost, and you are only charged for the extra processing required. 


When you order a quarter, you will get a mix of the front and hind quarter, and will come in our standard cuts - Roasts, Steaks (tenderloin, ribeye, striploin, sirloin), Stew Beef, Short Ribs, and Ground Beef.


Final payment is due at pickup and payment options include:

Pick Up/Delivery

We are happy to offer free monthly drop-offs to locations in Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, Lloydminster as well as free weekly delivery within 50km of our farm in Irma.

Additionally, you can always stop by the farm for pick up.

Once your order is placed, we will coordinate with you on pick up/delivery.
