With just a $300 deposit, you can lock in a half beef share and choose the month that works best for your local delivery or farm pick-up.
Pricing
Our price for a half share is $9.25 per lb hanging weight. An average half beef hangs at approximately 400 lbs and yields about 260 lbs of packaged, dry-aged beef. This results in a final price of approximately $3,700.
Carcass weight can vary by up to ±50 lbs. Final price will be calculated and sent to you before your pickup date and includes:

All butcher & processing fees
Specialty items (jerky, sausages, burger patties, etc.) are available at an additional cost, and you are only charged for the extra processing required.

Once your deposit is placed, we will send you a custom cut sheet form for you to specify exactly how you'd like your beef cut. If you have any questions, we’re more than happy to walk you through the process so you get exactly the cuts and portions your family loves, helping you get the most out of every pound.

Pick Up/Delivery
We are happy to offer free monthly drop-offs to locations in Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, Lloydminster as well as free weekly delivery within 50km of our farm in Irma.
Additionally, you can always stop by the farm for pick up.
Once your order is placed, we will coordinate with you on pick up/delivery.
